MACON, GA: The Macon Bacon have released their 2020 season schedule featuring fireworks shows, special theme nights and more. The team will play a total of 52 games across the months of June through August. The Bacon will have 26 home games filled with fun theme nights and entertainment that the whole family will enjoy.
“We are excited to announce our schedule for the third season of Macon Bacon Baseball. We look forward to build upon the growing success of the team and provide family friendly entertainment for our fans.” said Team President Brandon Raphael.
The Bacon will open on the road on Thursday, May 28 against in-state rival the Savannah Bananas. The first home game for the Bacon will be the following night, May 29 and feature fireworks and new wacky entertainment skits. The very next night on Saturday, May 30, the Bacon host their arch-rival Savannah Bananas with another firework show following the game.
The games for the Bacon’s hugely popular All-You-Can-Eat 5-game plan have also been selected featuring all weekend or holiday games and three spectacular fireworks shows.

With the 5-game plan, fans receive unlimited hotdogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, chips, cookies, water and soda.
Full season tickets, 10-game plans and group tickets are also on sale now. Single game tickets for the 2020 season will go on sale in May 2020.
“We are wrapping up the ticket renewal process right now, and the feedback is that fans could not be happier about coming back for more Bacon in 2020 for more fun and the addition of ceiling fans.” said Raphael. “We can’t wait to show Bacon Nation what’s in store for year number three.”
The rest of the home promotional schedule includes: Throwback Night (June 11th), Bark in the Park (June 19th), Allman Brothers Appreciation Night (June 27th) and Strike Out Cancer Night (June 5th). In addition, there will be a new opponent the Bacon will face at home this season: The Holly Spring Salamanders.
